MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Graettinger-Terrill CSD is to develop competent citizens who will be successful participants in a rapidly changing world. This will be accomplished by providing each student with a challenging, progressive curriculum taught by a dedicated staff in a nurturing environment.

MEETINGS

The Board of Education typically meets on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. alternating between the Graettinger Middle/High School and the Terril Elementary Annex (see the board meeting agenda for specific location). Special meetings are also called when necessary.

All meeting notices and board agendas are posted in advance, here on our website. Special provisions apply in the case of an emergency meeting.

Minutes are recorded by the board secretary and represent official actions taken by the board but do not include verbatim transcripts of conversations and discussions from each meeting. Minutes are posted here, on our website.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

The Open Forum is a specific time set aside at the beginning of each meeting for public communication to the Board. For questions about how to address the board or to be included on an upcoming meeting agenda, see our Policy on Public Participation or contact the Superintendent or Board Secretary.
